Moving to Vermont in less than a year......where would you recommend? - vt trading

My girlfriend and I want to go to Vermont. I am in the trade (carpentry, siding, windows) on the floor and is a legal assistant (secretary) at the time. I've heard that jobs are few and far from here. What is the TV now? Let's move on in less than a year. However, we have not yet decided on the spot. Clearly intended the work of the position and therefore ...... Does anyone take advice on the best choice? Thank you!

and Burlington is the largest city in about 20,000 people - most of them are students and lovers of trees ... qauint city is great fun with great scenery (both the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain City apparent reason) .. . But as you said jobs are hard to find, but I think it depends on your area, I looked in Burlington, but decided against it (at the age of 31 I do not think that I'm not in this express a college kid, and certainly not an environmentalist) .. I know that most people move in Burlington, Vermont, or generally for a year or two to burn ski ... the rest of the state is very rural character and its economy is heavily dependent on the season (ski saseon the winter, but almost all the rest of the year) .. the station's most popular ski Stowe, Killington, and some smaller ... also consider some other large cities such as Montpellier ...

dead configured in Vermont? Properly selected, Portland, Maine, the place and I recommend - Vermont, Maine, has everything that is on the ocean ... Portland is much more than livabCity and met too many people in Vermont, moved here

... One last thought, I know some hippies, who said, hippie Burlington and the rest of Vermont very well for them - that is to say something

I have a neighbor who is in construction. Although the company where he works has done well, many of its competitors have been layoffs due to declining residential construction. In addition, the work can be seasonal, especially for things like siding and roofing. It is inside.

Paralegal ... I consider secretarial and administration. Assistant to the workplace and are often scarce. My nephew's return from New York, where he was two years as a paralegal and then looking for a job in the legal field and to work instead of a resort. But that is in the north, I'm not sure about is how the market in the South.

They are still in the construction of ski resorts. You can find jobs in construction Okemo, Stratton, Ascutney, Killington ski areas. Your GF might find work in law firms in Springfield, Manchester, WRJ, Woodstock and Rutland. It must Rutland, Woodstock, WRJ tried.
Housing is expensive in a 25 miles radius around WRJ. Prices are reasonable and more homes in Rutland. Good luck!
